2026 Titrolyzer

The 2026 Titrolyzer performs potentiometric titrations by means of a high precision burette system and high performance electrodes. Different titration types include acid/base, redox and precipitation titrations. A self-finding inflection point technique can be applied for most applications. It is also possible to use the analyzer to measure pH in situations where inline sensors would otherwise fail.

Additionally, the 2026 Titrolyzer can perform the dynamic standard addition method by means of the high precision burette and high performance Ion Selective Electrodes (ISE). This method adapts the standard addition volume to the actual sample concentration by means of a dynamic differential approach. Moreover it takes into account ISE slope values over several ranges. This means that ISEs can be used to their ultimate low or high measuring ranges. An accompanying temperature measurement eliminates possible temperature effects on the analysis results.

2029 Process Photometer

The 2029 Process Photometer performs sensitive photometric absorption measurements in the visible light range. Detection limits in the low ppb range make this an attractive instrument for a variety of applications.

At the heart of the analyzer is a high performance compact photometer module ready for 24/7 online measurement. It comprises a thermostated cuvette with 3 cm light path and LED technology, ensuring stable, accurate measurements no matter the environment. The color development stabilization is automatically detected by making use of differential absorbance measurements. Photometric laboratory methods can be easily transferred to the 2029 Process Photometer, eliminating any bias in results for improved process validation.

2026 pH Analyzer

The 2026 Titrolyzer configured for pH measurements is the perfect instrument for situations where inline pH measurements fail.

Temperature, pressure changes, streaming potential effects and more have no influence on the measurement. The electrode condition is continuously monitored, and calibration and cleaning is done automatically. This results in less maintenance, longer lifetime of the pH electrode, and more reliable measurements.

Potential hazards and safety concerns regarding critical pipeline sample points are removed as the electrode does not need to be retracted for tasks like cleaning. You never have to worry about the membrane drying out since the electrode is always immersed in liquid.
