The Plug and Analyze series of online analyzers come complete, preconfigured, and programmed for their specific applications.
Simply connect the power, sample, and reagent lines and the units are up and running producing reliable results. The analyzers can be used for monitoring a variety of components in water, such as silica, phosphate, ammonia, nitrate, zinc, and copper, to name but a few.
2035 Process Analyzers
The 2035 Process Analyzer family is designed with versatility in mind. This series comes in three different configurations – potentiometric, photometric, and thermometric – which can also be combined with additional measuring techniques such as pH and conductivity. Modularity of the wet part of the 2035 Process Analyzer means there is an analyzer configuration for any challenge.
ADI 204Y Series
The 204Y series covers a variety of techniques: from titration, ISE, and colorimetry to voltammetry for trace analysis and CVS for organic additive measurements. This advanced series offers maximum flexibility and can be 100% adapted to your needs. You can operate these analyzers at any location – from a hazardous offshore platform to a drinking water production site.
ADI 201Y Series
The 201Y Series can be applied in many different industries to analyze and control wet chemical processes. Easy operation and a flexible wet part section make the 201Y series suitable for a variety of applications. Available with titration, colorimetry, or ISE techniques.
The 7010 TOC Analyzer is designed for simple and reliable operation.
It uses the UV persulfate oxidation method with carbon dioxide detection by nondispersive infrared analysis. This analyzer requires minimum maintenance due to a cleverly designed liquids compartment which uses larger diameter tubing and no valves, virtually eliminating the risk of blockages.
NIRS Process Analyzers XDS
NIRS XDS Process Analyzer systems can measure a variety of sample types, such as granules, powders, liquids, slurries, or opalescent substances, among others.
These analyzers provide fast, nondestructive analysis of pharmaceutical, chemical, and petrochemical products. If required, up to 9 inline measuring channels can be multiplexed with this system.
